NJARC Hamfest

InfoAge Science & History Museums at the historic Camp Evans site in Wall, NJ will host a lively hamfest and swap meet at the end of July, sponsored by the New Jersey Antique Radio Club (NJARC). This well‑loved outdoor event draws amateur radio enthusiasts, collectors of antique radios, hi‑fi gear, vintage electronics, and tech hobbyists. You’ll find tables (tailgate style) brimming with gear for sale or trade—everything from vintage vacuum‑tube radios to modern ham shack accessories. Vendors register in advance for space, and attendees typically arrive early to browse bargains in the large parking‑lot swap meet area.

Beyond the swap meet itself, the InfoAge campus invites attendees to explore its multiple indoor history and science museums—covering radio, computing, space exploration, military tech and more. Free to visit after the swap meet hours, the Radio Technology Museum and Vintage Computer Federation exhibits offer a chance to dive into the pioneering history of telecommunications. Make a day of it: hunt for that piece of electronics treasure, then tour the sprawling exhibits set in the storied Marconi/RCA/Camp Evans complex.
