Text:  "S.S. PONCE" Chartered by J.M. Ceballos & Co. for the Yacht Races.

The "Ponce" is a new ocean going steamer, 3,500 tons, just from the hands of her builders.  She has a capacity for several thousand passengers, but will under no circumstances carry more than 400 for any day of the races.

The steamer "Ponce" during the naval parade had on board Mr. Marconi and the management refer to the reports of The Herald retarding the brilliant results attained in wireless telegraphy and the interest afforded the passengers on board. Mr. Marconi will be on board the "Ponce" during the races and in close proximity to the yachts. The service is in every respect equal to a private yacht. The cuisine on the "Ponce" stands par excellence. The meals will be served at private tables at all hours during the cruise. Subscriptions, which include every expense (except wines), can be made at the rate of $20 for any single race day, or for the first three race days, $50. A limited number of bookings for staterooms are available for persons desiring to live on board.

For full information, bookings and tickets apply to the

Hotel Netherland. Telephone i,756, 38th St.

The "Ponce" will leave the Anchor Line Pier, foot of West 24th st. at 9:00 A.M. on each race day. Tickets may be secured at pier prior to sailing of steamer.
