These two sections of 9010 have the original 1942 steel window frames.  All have nearly 60 years of paint.  Many have broken glass, rust, missing gaskets and broken hinges (Photo No. 39).

Proposed work

In Phase I, remove plywood, repair masonry damage, repair broken glass and hinges of worst frames.  Later, in Phase II, repaint and repair all window frames in 9010 sections C - D.
