The exterior masonry is of dark red brick with window surrounds created by stretchers and upper corner blocks formed by four headers (Photo Nos. 151 - 154 and 185 - 188).   The brickwork has concrete accents such as window sills, column caps and piazza railings.  All accents are in good condition.  The cement stucco covered soffets are in excellent condition.
