The exterior woodwork on the Marconi Hotel is limited to the eaves and soffit areas (Photo Nos. 18 and 19).  The dark brown exterior paint is pealing in strips.

Proposed Work

Prepare surface and repaint during Phase I; also remove vines and other unwanted plant growth.  Also examine condition of exterior wood for any signs of deterioration.  Repair or replace as appropriate with exact reproductions of original exterior woodwork.
