The exterior, six over one windows, are in good condition; only minor paint pealing.  At this time only a few cracked window panes require repair and glass replacement.  Each window has white aluminum storm windows currently covered by plywood (Photo No. 22).

Remove plywood, paint and repair cracked windows during Phase I.
