Architectural Feature: Exterior Shiplap Siding, Windows and Doors

The exterior siding, doors and windows are in need of paint (Photo Nos. 66 and 67).  The rear entrance door has been torn off its hinges.

Proposed work

As a Phase I, activity prepare surface, prime and repaint all exterior surfaces; repair damage to rear entrance.
