The 1985 modifications included new heat and the addition of air conditioning.  The 2001 removal of adjacent transformer vault has left the structure without electric.  There is also no sewer to connect restroom to.

Proposed work

The BRAC office is currently developing construction plans to electrify all buildings with the historic district as part of the electrical substation replacement.  During Phase I evaluate the condition of heat and air conditioning repair as necessary.  During Phase V renovations integrate air conditioning ductwork into walls and attic spaces as original WWII interior is recreated.
