The 60-foot by 120-foot Section 9011C was the wood shop of the first constructed 'H' building. Except for an office in the southeast corner and a restroom in the north east corner the building is mostly 60' by 100' open space (Photo No.54). The room has pairs of wooden 6" by 6" support poles every 20'. The south wall has a large overhead door and the north wall has a single exit door. The tan vinyl tile floor has electrical outlets in the middle of the floor. The southeast wall has a large fire door for a wood storage room. In two places a hot water radiator supply pipe, which burst due to freezing, causing ceiling damage (Photo No.55).
