Time frame: six months.

To further center programs and provide more rental space for member groups create more flexible space for fund raising events, exhibits, member group activities, classrooms and workspaces.  Rehabilitate H-buildings 9036 and 9037 as appropriate to satisfy membership and consortia organizations needs.  All of 9037 and half of 9036 were completely renovated in the 1980s.  New windows, doors, ceilings, electric service, communication lines and flexible non-bearing wall partition system installed during renovations will enable easy and low cost modifications.
