Perform most essential activities to halt deterioration of Camp Evans historic fabric.    Sewer replacement if not completed by BRAC, utilities check out, exterior painting and repair.  Examine all areas for safety hazards.  Eliminate, improve any safety hazards or isolate for later appropriate solution.
