WITH THIS
BALLOON the Signal Corps hopes to break its previous
record of 140,000, reached in a test
last fall. The balloon will be re-
leased at 1:15 p.m. tomorrow during
ceremonies on the post parade
ground.

Camp Evans housed the Army's Meteorology branch beginning in 1942.
