The National Archives has many textual records from
Camp Evans.

To access these 'primary
source' records you must visit the National
Archives. First you have to register as a researcher and get photographed
for a Researcher ID card. With the card you can access the
textual records floor each time you visit. To examine a box of textual
records you must request the box and specify the Record
Group, Stack, Row, Compartment, and Shelf
on the record 'Pull Slip'. We have the information below, to
help you fill out the 'Pull Slip'. Every hour, or so, the 'Pull Slips'
are collected from the collection box. They will call your name when
your Boxes are 'pulled'.
To photocopy a record
you must have it checked by an examiner. If it is a classified record
they will give you a 'declassification' code to place on the photocopy
machine. Each copy you make will have this information.
