These diagrams have been reproduced directly from the Annual Report
of the Signal Corps Laboratories for Fiscal Year 1937 on Means of Detecting
the Approach of Aircraft and Marine Surface Craft Beyond Visual Range.
They demonstrate that the laboratories at that time used the essential
principle of modern equipment.
