SQUIER LABORATORY-BUILDING
The Signal Corps Laboratories at Fort Monmouth moved into this building in 1935, but very soon outgrew it as the development program expanded. In 1936 certain experimental radio detection transmitters (not shown in the photograph) were mounted on the roof. The radar laboratory was later moved to Camp Evans, Belmar, N.J.
